PORTRAIT COMMISSIONS

Pricing Agreement

All custom portrait orders are based on a final agreed-upon quote before work begins. By submitting a deposit, the client confirms acceptance of the total project cost.

Deposit

A 10% deposit is required once the final price is agreed upon.
This deposit secures your commission slot and covers initial preparation costs.

Payment Schedule

10% deposit due upfront after approval of quote.
Remaining balance (90%) is due upon completion, before delivery.

Refund Policy

Deposits for portraits are non-refundable, as they reserve your time slot and contribute to the design process. However, in rare cases involving unforeseen circumstances, resolutions may be considered at the discretion of Artistic Alexis.

Timeframe & Revisions

All portrait commissions are based on the original description provided at the start of the project. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the scope of that initial concept. Significant changes to the overall concept, style, or art direction cannot be accommodated once work has begun. Please ensure your initial description is clear and detailed, as it will guide the final piece.

DENIM JACKET COMMISSIONS

Pricing Agreement

All custom jacket orders are based on a final agreed-upon quote before work begins. By submitting a deposit, the client confirms acceptance of the total project cost.

Deposit

Custom jacket orders require deposits to secure materials and confirm placement in the production schedule.

Payment Schedule

  • Design Deposit (20%) — Due after design approval and before work begins. Covers materials and preparation time.

  • Completion Payment (80%) — Due after the jacket is finished, before delivery or shipment.

Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as each piece is custom-made. However, small adjustments may be discussed during the design phase before painting starts. In rare cases involving unforeseen circumstances, resolutions may be considered at the discretion of Artistic Alexis.

Each jacket is created based on the initial design description provided by the client. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original concept. Significant changes to the design, theme, or overall art direction cannot be accommodated once painting has begun. Please provide a clear and detailed description upfront, as this will guide the creation of your custom piece.

Delivery & Shipping

Custom denim jackets, are shipped to the address provided by the client.

Shipping costs, estimated delivery timelines, and tracking details will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Artistic Alexis is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the item has been dispatched.

General Payment Policy

All payments are final once work has begun. Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for completed or in-progress custom work. No final files or physical items will be delivered until full payment has been received.

GRAPHIC DESIGN COMMISSIONS

1. Ownership & Usage Rights

Final approved designs (logos, branding elements, templates, brochures, etc.) become the property of the client only after full payment has been received. Drafts, sketches, rejected concepts, and working files remain the sole intellectual property of Artistic Alexis. Clients receive a license to use the final files for branding, marketing, and advertising purposes. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim creation rights without written permission.

2. Source Files

Editable source files (.AI, .PSD, .INDD, .SVG) are not included unless explicitly stated or purchased as an add-on. Additional fees may apply.

3. Revisions & Redesigns

Each package includes a set number of revisions, communicated before the project begins. A revision is defined as a minor change (color adjustments, small layout changes, font swaps). A redesign is any major change that alters the original approved direction and will incur an additional fee.

4. Brand Consistency & Alterations

To protect brand integrity, clients may not alter, recolor, stretch, distort, or edit final designs without approval. Modifications made by third parties void design guarantees.

5. Payment Policy

A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to begin any project. All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due before delivery of final files.

6. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary by project and will be communicated before work begins. Rush orders may incur an additional fee. Delays in client communication may extend timelines.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond to feedback requests in a timely manner (typically within 3–7 days), and review all designs carefully before approval. Artistic Alexis is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client-provided materials.

8. Print & Production Disclaimer

Artistic Alexis is not responsible for errors made by third-party printers or production teams. Clients must review and approve print proofs before final production.

9. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Artistic Alexis reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials. Clients requiring confidentiality must request an NDA before the project begins.

10. File Delivery & Storage

Final files are delivered via email or downloadable link. Files are stored for 6–12 months. After that period, retrieval may require a fee or may no longer be available.

11. Cancellations

If a project is canceled after work has begun, payment is required for all work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable.

12. Communication Policy

Communication will take place during business hours via approved channels. Responses typically occur within 1–3 business days.

13. Policy Updates

Artistic Alexis reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
